UPDATE TO AN OLD MEME I DID!!

Yeah, I needed to make a new one, my old one was outdated. So, here we go on my updated 10 Hottest Animated Girls:
10: Revy (Black Lagoon):
A series I got into back in March of this year (2014) by buying the DVDs at a Convention, I hear about this series for some time before that, and then gained interest in it after learning the Voice Cast of Death Note, Beast Wars, Ed Edd n' Eddy, and most Recently, My Little Pony Friendship is Magic also did this show, I decided to look into it with those DVDs. And wow, this is an awesome show. But what caught my attention most of all while starting this show was the female member of the main four characters: Revy. At first glance, she looks like a cocky sharpshooter who doesn't care what she does, as long she gets to shoot someone. As time goes on, you learn quite a bit about her character, how screwed up her life was before, and she has a nasty craving for blood when her guns are ready to take out all targets (and incidentals.) in the shots she shoots. Revy is an awesome character in her own right, and her relationship with Rock definitely cements her character growth and how she can grow alongside Rock in their times alongside their group. With her physique, sharpshooter usages, interesting backstory and character development, Revy certainly does more than most characters like her, and I am so appreciative of that. Now why doesn't she meet Yoko Littner? I'd like to see them meet, maybe Winry as a third side to them.

9: Botan (Yu Yu Hakusho):
I freaking love Yu Yu Hakusho. It's a great series with well developed characters (especially on Yusuke and Koenma) and the many characters with them were all great as well. And the females were pretty good in their sides as well. Keiko was a very nice girlfriend who cared for Yusuke, but knew she couldn't do the Spirit Detective business like he does, and knows to keep out of the way on fighting. Yukina was a very polite young girl who always cared for people (especially Kuwabara and Hiei) and her general demeanor was quite cute. But the true winner of the females of this series goes to (one of) The Grim Reaper herself: Botan. First off, her voice in the English Dub is very fun to listen to and brings out her ditzy personality a little bit more (I think it's the faux British accent that helps it.) Her personality was a smart one when she needed to actually help in the nick of time, but other times, she really does not know what she's doing (taking a short cut to the Tournament that leads them to going in circles and getting lost). And I really do think she's a nice individual, and she definitely balances out the Female Cast with a ditzy attitude compared to the other two's more Strict and Polite personalities. Either way, I love Botan, and she really does it best in that Pink Kimono. Although her street clothes were nice as well.

8: Dawn and Serena (Pokemon Anime):
I really could not decide who was my favorite Pokemon Girl, so these two are in a tie for that spot. Dawn is here mostly because of her more energetic personality and very hyperactive stylings for herself. But she also really gets to me as a character, especially when she's with her mom and Piplup. She felt less like a tagalong female and more like a student to Ash (who I do think was growing up at this point and stopped seeming like an idiot who caused more of the problems than needed) and more like a reminder of how Ash was back when he was starting. And Serena. Oh God Serena. For one thing, I love that name (being a fan of the English Dub of Sailor Moon can do that to you though) and she's just a really nice girl. Her design is really nice as well, and she just looks really good. In the games I really liked how she was to you if you were the male character, and she was very kind dispite being your friendly neighbor rival. I also like her in the Anime where she does have a deeper relationship with Ash, and has feelings for him. It's weird for me to say this, but really think that was needed at some point. Considering the last three girls had little interest in Ash (unless your a Pearlshipper like I am) and they felt more like sidekicks or they had the plot more then Ash did. With Serena, you felt she belonged and was more of a companion to Ash and was more connected to him. But the biggest reason why both are on this list is because I feel their status in the fandom is unfair in some places. Dawn had a lot of hate from fans when Diamond and Pearl was out and she truly had a lot of disapproving haters who didn't like her (if for being annoying, bland, etc.) and Serena, in the Anime at least, is getting a lot of people in a bind due to the Friends in the past turning into a crush on Ash is not going to sit well with some fans. I just feel bad for them alot, so I put of them on here, since they are my favorites, and they need more love. (May would also be on that list, but I'll save her for another day.)

7: Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury and Tomoe Hotaru/Sailor Saturn (Sailor Moon):
Water is my favorite Element next to Lightning, so I really liked it that Ami was the smart one of the group and used water abilities (and continuing a 90s Tradition for the smartest of the group to wear Blue in another 5 Man Band of Multi Colored Heroes.) and I also really liked some of the quips she had to everyone in some places, making some of her fellow Scouts look even stupider than they could have accomplished on their own. And in Crystal, she looks absolutely beautiful in that show, making her look really great. Tomoe is one of those cases where I really do like her character, especially on her relationship with Chibi-Usa (as well as the many paralels they share.) and she's just my Favorite looking Scout and is one of two sensible Senshi to use a weapon with her Powers. Given that these two are the shyest of their respective groups in the show, they really do a lot for me, and I just feel they rock those hair styles well.

6: Ariel (The Little Mermaid):
I'd be damned if I forgot her on this list! So here she is. Ariel has always been one of those girl in Media that's always done something for me. Great design and color choices, one of the most memorable songs of Disney as a whole (Part of Your World) and for me especially gave me more reason to love Red Haired Characters. (And I'd be ashamed to not mention her scenes as a Human before meeting Eric, and while she was in that Blue Dress [Kiss the Girl and the Third Day].) Also, she lead me to love Mermaids WAY too much, but I'm not complaining.

5: Rarity (My Little Pony Friendship is Magic/Equestria Girls):
My personal Favorite of the Mane 6 and one of my top 5 Characters of the Whole Show. I didn't care much for Rarity at first when I started the show, I didn't exactly dislike her, I just didn't like the fact that she was the Girly Girl of the whole group, and I was more interested in the Tomboys (Applejack and Rainbow Dash) or the Cutest Pony named Fluttershy. But as time went on, and by that I mean the episodes Look Before You Sleep, Suited for Success, and A Dog and Pony Show had shown me otherwise on who Rarity was. What started out seeming like a prissy and very drama queen like character, quickly became the pinnacle of Five Things:
1: She's over the top. She is the most over the top character of the Mane 6 in terms of her Over Dramatic Word Choice and Speach Patterns that make her very entertaining.
2: She works so hard on many things and works herself so far to make things work for her clients. It's dedication to your work like that showing me a good Character.
3: Genre Savvy and Knows what to do in any situation, IE her Whining. She knows exactly how to deal with situations she's in, and the Whining Scenario really showed that. She knew those Dogs were getting annoyed and basically trolled them by whining their ears off and basically made them suffer for making her suffer.
4: She's a great Big Sister to Sweetie Belle. Since Sweetie Belle's my favorite Cutie Mark Crusader, and my favorite episode of the whole series Sisterhooves Social gave me many more reasons to love these two, and realize how good these two work and feel for each other. With that said, I do like their conflict in For Whom the Sweetie Belle Toils as well. Rarity's just an awesome sister and Sweetie Belle (and the audience) Would not have it any other way.
5: ALL OF THE FACES!!! :iconrarityishappyplz: :iconraritywhiningplz: :iconrarityplz: :iconraritygangstaplz: :iconraritysmeelplz: :iconcrystalponiesplz: :iconrarityfaintplz: :iconrarityisscaredplz: :iconworstpossiblething: :iconangryrarityplz: :iconrarityduckfaceplz: :iconrarityderpplz: :iconraritywtfplz: :iconrarityooohplz:
(Also, she has one of the best Designs in Equestria Girls alongside Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash, and that's why EG Rarity is there as well.)

4: Midna (Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess):
Considering that Twilight Princess is one of my Favorite Zelda Games, I didn't feel any remorse bringing Midna into this list. Both Forms. Let's face it, when our last helpers were Fairies that bugged the crap out of us and had zero character, it was just nice to have the ultimate partner of Twilight Princess be the equivalent of Kazooie from Banjo Kazooie as done by Squall Leonhart. Yes, she makes fun of you and everything around her in this game, but she does have a very saddening past and character to her, much like many other characters of her type. She's hiding her sadness with the mocking smile that tells you of her devilish thoughts. I like this for her, and she does a great job at being your partner as well. She had a good arc and she became a lot more sympathetic as the game went on, leading her to her true form after beating Ganondorf. And GOOD GOD DOES SHE LOOK HOT! Yeah, I really Midna's true form, it looks beautiful, and it fits her realm perfectly. But I really do feel both forms do it for me, and I always enjoy seeing this character in places, and I really she's fun to play as in Hyrule Warriors.

3: Tsubaki (Soul Eater):
I have no idea what it is about shy natured girls with hidden emotions that always get me, but Tsubaki stuck out in that regard. Being the partner of Black Star definitely makes her a lot more credible for the fact that she works with a complete maniac who wants to have the spot light, but works as an assasain. But she makes him understand a lot more. She is a caring individual who will always stick by Black Star, and she definitely brings out the good in him for me. Also, she has the best weapon choices out of all of the Weapons. Yeah a scythe is cool and Guns are good to, but when you can transform into many ninja and stealth based weapons, you've got my vote for that record, especially as the Kusarigama.

2: Lina Inverse (Slayers):
My Favorite Anime of all time also features my absolute favorite Female Protagonist of Anime. A very loud mouthed short tempered girl like this definitely fits the setting they're in, and Lina is a master Sorceress with many magical abilities to kick ass and take names (and treasure), leading her to be a very fun character to watch. But she does a lot of layers to her as well. For one, she's absolutely frightened of her sister, making her freak out at a moments notice to be frightened and wishing she'd be dead rather then disobey her (out of fear obviously.) And I also like how she does have soft sides to her and isn't always just greedy and self centered. She does have care for her friends, and she'll always want to keep them safe, especially at a Cataclysmic time against evil. And that's truly how it works for character, and her design compliments these characteristics.

1: Aqua (Kingdom Hearts):
Oh the feelings I gain from this woman, Happy, Sad, Angry, and many others. First off, my love of Water and Ice Elementals comes up here again with Aqua, and the Blue Hair is the definitive choice for her. She also has a nice personality and companionship with her friends Terra and Ventus, being the down to Earth smart girl always keeping these two in check. Her gameplay in Birth By Sleep was my Second Favorite next to Ventus, if just for her more agile and well paced fighting style, and her more long ranged attack style complimented Birth By Sleep's gameplay. But the biggest reason why she's on this list, is because of her Character Arc in the game itself
SPOILERS!!!!!!!
Aqua and her friends were conflicted by the Unversed and she and Terra were sent to go face them. But Ventus chasing after Terra had to be chased after by Aqua. As the story goes on, Aqua is feeling problematic with her two friends, and the two probably are farther into that thought process. And in the end, she sacrificed herself to Save Terra and left herself in the Darkness, leaving herself there and would not be going anywhere any time soon. And My God was it sad. This is one of the main reasons why I think Birth By Sleep is the Saddest Game in the Series (next 358/2 Days' story, which I do think is sadder, but I don't care for the game itself), mostly for how these characters met their fates in the story as it went along. Aqua had a decision to make, and she the hard way out and accepted her fate. It was tragic, and I truly wanted to feel like I wanted to cry, since I felt the sadness, just didn't build up enough to start crying.
SPOILERS OVER!!!!!!

And those were my Favorite Animated Females, hopefully you enjoyed this, and I hope to see you again for another deviation or in the comments below. See ya later.
